How it works:
- Auction open to the public. Must be physically present to participate. No online bidding to occur.
- $200 cash deposit required to participate. Deposits to be returned to winning bidders and applied to purchase price upon successful background check through FFL at pick-up. Unsuccessful submission of Form 4473 will result in forfeiture of deposit as a restocking fee. Deposits of non-winning participants to be returned at end of auction.
- All winning bidders may collect items beginning immediately at the conclusion of auction through the end of the gun show on Sunday. Must complete FFL form 4473 and complete purchase through the designated FFL dealer.
- Winning bidders must pick up in person. Participants may not assign items to anyone else for purchase or pick up.
