TEXAS GUN SHOWS DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

***EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2025***

1. Reservation Deposit Requirement

To secure your table reservation for any upcoming shows, a 50% deposit of the total reservation will be required. This deposit is necessary to confirm your participation and reserve your tables.

• Due Date: The deposit must be paid within 3 days of receiving the reservation invoice.
• Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit card, cash or check.

Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of your reservation.

2. Rolling Deposit Eligibility for Vendors Attending Multiple Shows

Vendors who participate in multiple shows throughout the year qualify for a Rolling Deposit option.

• A Rolling Deposit allows vendors to use their initial 50% deposit to secure table space across multiple shows without the need to pay a new deposit for each event.
• The rolling deposit will continue to apply as long as the vendor does not cancel their reservation of any show after the cancellation deadline.
• A rolling deposit can be refunded if canceling before the cancellation deadline or applied to your last show.

3. Rolling Deposit Forfeiture

If a vendor cancels their reservation within 2 weeks of the Friday of the show:

• The rolling deposit is non-refundable.
• All future show reservations will also be automatically canceled unless a new 50% rolling deposit is made to re-secure those reservations.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made via email or by calling at least 14 days prior to the Friday of the show are you then eligible for the following:

• The rolling deposit will remain intact and continue to apply to future shows.
• No additional penalties or fees will be incurred.

However, cancellations made within the 14 day window of the show, or failure to show up without prior notice will result in:

• Loss of the rolling deposit.
• Forfeiture of future table reservations unless a new deposit is made.

5. Final Payment

 The remaining 50% of the table fee is due upon check-in of the show. If you have a rolling deposit, then 100% of the table fee is due upon check-in.

6. Terms and Conditions

By paying the 50% deposit, the vendor agrees to the terms outlined in this deposit policy. This agreement ensures table space at the specified event and eligibility for future table reservations if a rolling deposit is used.

FIREARM DEALERS

– ALL firearms (Even Personal Weapons) MUST be UNLOADED, ZIP TIED & SECURED at all times during the show.

– All Gun Dealers MUST be compliant with all current gun laws in Texas.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

-ALL merchandise being displayed and sold MUST BE gun related. If you plan on selling any additional items, they MUST BE approved by Texas Gun Shows BEFORE displaying them at the show. Our Motto is “Making Gun Shows GUNS again” for a reason.

-A receipt must be given for ALL FIREARM SALES. These will be checked at show entrances/exits.

-Vendors are to be set up and checked in no later than 30 minutes prior to show open.

-A vendor lanyard is required for you and anyone assisting you behind your booth. It’s a one-time purchase of $5 and helps us streamline our operations with safety and security.

– Vendors may NOT start breaking down or covering their table until show end time on Saturday or Sunday! Doing so will result in loss of tables with Texas Gun Shows.

-All vendors MUST have their table uncovered and ready for the public 30 minutes prior to show opening on Saturday and Sunday. Please remember that we have VIP Patriots that are allowed to enter the show 30 minutes before the show opens to the general public.

-You must bring a tablecloth to go over your table and an additional tablecloth to cover your merchandise at night.
