The Largest Gun Show in Bryan has its own full-payment requirement, 2027 rates, and badge policy. Review those details before booking Bryan. The standard deposit policies below apply to other shows.
Reservations & deposits
A 50% deposit is required within three days of the reservation invoice. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Missing the payment deadline forfeits the reservation.
The remaining 50% is due at show check-in. Vendors using a rolling deposit pay 100% of that show’s table fee at check-in.
Payment of the deposit accepts these terms. Standard deposit policies took effect January 2025.
Rolling deposits
Multi-show vendors can use an initial 50% rolling deposit to secure space at several shows. It stays in place while cancellations meet the deadline.
Cancel before the deadline to request a refund or apply the deposit to your last show. A late cancellation forfeits the rolling deposit and cancels future reservations unless a new 50% deposit is paid.
Cancellations
Cancel by email or phone at least 14 days before the Friday of the show to preserve your rolling deposit and avoid additional penalties.
Cancellations within that window and no-shows lose the deposit and future table reservations unless a new deposit is made.

Safety & merchandise
All firearms, including personal carry firearms, must remain unloaded, zip-tied, and secured. Dealers must comply with applicable laws.
All merchandise must be gun-related. Obtain Texas Gun Shows approval before displaying other items. A receipt is required for every firearm sale and will be checked at entrances and exits.
Setup & staff access
Be set up and checked in at least 30 minutes before opening. A vendor lanyard is required for everyone working behind your booth; the standard one-time cost is $5 per person.
Bryan uses the separate Largest show badge policy. Bring a tablecloth and an additional overnight merchandise cover.
During the show
Keep tables uncovered and ready 30 minutes before Saturday and Sunday opening for VIP Patriots.
Do not cover tables or begin breaking down before the show closes on Saturday or Sunday. Early breakdown may result in loss of future tables.
